Banjul, October 2020: IHRDA’s has submitted a report on the protection of victims of enforced disappearances in The Gambia to ACHPR’s Working Group on Death Penalty, Extrajudicial, Summary or Arbitrary Killings and Enforced Disappearances in Africa. The report was developed within the framework of a project titled, “Increasing Accountability and Preventing Enforced Disappearances and Extra-judicial Killings in Mexico, Nepal, The Gambia and Beyond”, funded by the European Union.
