Banjul, October 2020: IHRDA’s has submitted an Alternative Report to the UN Committee on Enforced Disappearances on the state of implementation of the Convention for the Protection of all Persons from Enforced Disappearances in The Gambia. The report was developed within the framework of a project titled, “Increasing Accountability and Preventing Enforced Disappearances and Extra-judicial Killings in Mexico, Nepal, The Gambia and Beyond”, funded by the European Union.
