Communication 506/15 – Ngambio Ninon Pachel v. Republic of Congo

The case was initiated following the forceful eviction of the complainant from his home in Brazzaville by the Congolese Military. We submitted our admissibility brief to the African Commission but the respondent State has not responded. We were informed that a default decision will be prepared for consideration during the next session of the African Commission.
