Banjul, 6 July 2023: The Court of Justice of the Economic Community of West African States (the ECOWAS Court), 5 July 2023, ordered The Gambia to pay reparation to the daughter of Saul N’dow, abducted and disappeared by agents of former Gambian President Yahya Jammeh, almost 10 years ago. In its decision, the ECOWAS Court declared Gambia violated right to life of Saul Ndow and right to remedy of Saul Ndow’s family. Details
