The International Human Rights Center at LMU Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, USA, has published a manual on International Human Rights Protection for People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA). The manual is intended to assist PLWHA, their families and communities, together with organizations and advocates assisting them, to identify their internationally sanctioned human rights, as well as the global and regional mechanisms for legally asserting such rights. The manual also includes an up-to-date (2019) overview of the relevant global and regional jurisprudence.
