IHRDA is seeking to recruit a Development and Impact Manager to lead IHRDA’s work on grant writing and fundraising. The suitable applicant should be a highly motivated person who demonstrates strong understanding of the global human rights and philanthropic landscape. He/she should have sufficient operational knowledge and understanding of monitoring and evaluation systems, tools and processes. He/she should have a degree in social sciences, development, law, or related discipline, with at least 5 years’ firsthand experience in fundraising and grants management.
