Il a port\u00e9 sur les principaux instruments des droits de l&rsquo;homme que les institutions charg\u00e9es de faire respecter la loi doivent appliquer, tels que le Pacte international relatif aux droits civils et politiques et la Convention des Nations Unies contre la torture, ratifi\u00e9e par la Gambie le 28 septembre 2018.
